Mychart is available on all Denver Health patient portals, including MyHealthONE and MyCard. Its features include an interactive, nifty-looking health profile and the ability to see your latest lab results at the click of a button. You can even sign up for classes and events to help you improve your health.

A one-time-use access code is provided for your convenience, and the app may even send you a reminder. You can also connect your account to Apple Health and pull in some health-related data from your iPhone, iPad or Mac. MyChart is the best way to manage your healthcare, especially if you’re on the go.

Schedule Appointments

MyChart is a secure, easy-to-use app available to all Denver Health patients. It allows patients to schedule appointments, send and receive messages directly from their doctor, see their lab results and more. MyChart is also a great tool to manage your medications and pay your bills. It is free to download and available on your smartphone or desktop computer.

MyChart Denver Health To schedule your next appointment with your Denver Health primary care provider or a specialist, you can use the MyChart app or call the Appointment Center. The Appointment Center is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can create one by registering online or calling the Appointment Center.

MyChart Denver Health If you have a child under the age of 11, you can create a MyChart account as a guardian (proxy). You will need to provide your child’s ID, Social Security number and birth date for this service.

You can send your primary care physician a message directly from the app. You can also view your lab results, medications and allergies in one convenient place. You can even grant temporary proxy access to a loved one so that they can view your medical records when you are not able to.

MyChart Denver Health offers patients a convenient, easy, and secure way to pay their bills online. All you need is a valid credit or debit card to view and manage your account and make payments quickly and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Use your MyChart account to access your lab results, appointments, current medications, and immunization history, even when you’re not at Denver Health. We’ll also send you notifications about your medical information whenever something is changed, such as a new test result or new appointment.

MyChart Denver Health The Denver Health Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) helps some uninsured Denver County residents cover the costs of their care, based on family size and income. If you qualify for DFAP, you’ll only have to pay a flat fee or co-payment for all services you receive at Denver Health. DFAP is not insurance and cannot be used with Medicare, Medicaid, or Workers’ Compensation.

MyChart Denver Health mobile app lets you see your test results, appointments, and medication history, schedule and participate in video visits with your healthcare provider and more – all from your smartphone or tablet. Plus, you can share your health information securely with anyone who has Internet access. You can connect your MyChart accounts with other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information from multiple providers in one place.

View Lab Results

MyChart Denver Health If you have received lab results at Denver Health, they will be automatically available on your MyChart account. Your MyChart account is your secure and convenient way to manage your care – on your phone, tablet or desktop computer. You can program or change doctor’s appointments, send and receive messages to your doctor, get results from lab tests, pay your bill and much more, anytime and anywhere.

MyChart Denver Health is available to all Denver Health patients, even if they are not a patient at one of our hospitals. You can give someone you trust (known as a proxy) access to your MyChart account, but you must complete a consent form and provide them with your activation code. You can also link your child’s records to your MyChart account for easy access to their appointment information, immunization records, and growth charts.

To activate your MyChart account, click on the link below and type in your activation code. Your activation code is valid for 60 days.
