If you are a Shopify store owner, you are likely already aware of the importance of having a mobile app for your store.
Not only can it help your customers shop more conveniently, but it can also increase your sales by allowing your customers to stay connected to your store on the go.
In this blog post, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to download your Shopify store mobile app and make sure it is up and running in no time.
Go to the App Store
The first step to downloading your Shopify store mobile app is to go to the App Store. To do this, simply open the App Store app on your device and you will be taken to the App Store homepage.
Here, you can find apps of all kinds – from games and entertainment to productivity and business. When you have found the App Store, it’s time to move on to the next step. Search for ‘Shopify’ in the search bar at the top of the page and press ‘enter’ or ‘search.’ You should see a list of results related to ‘Shopify,’ which includes the official Shopify store app.
Click on the ‘Shopify’ icon to begin the download process. Once the download has been completed, the app will automatically open. You’ll need to log in with your existing account details or create a new one before using the app.
Search for Shopify
Searching for the Shopify app in the App Store is the second step to downloading your Shopify Store Mobile App. Once you are in the App Store, you will need to locate and select the Shopify app in order to download it. To do this, simply type ‘Shopify’ into the search bar.
This should bring up the Shopify app as a top result, which you can select and begin downloading. The Shopify app should feature the familiar Shopify logo and a blue icon with a white shopping bag inside. If you have difficulty locating the app, try searching for ‘Shopify Store’ instead.
Select the Shopify app
Once you have located the Shopify app in the App Store, it’s time to select it. To do this, click on the app icon. This will take you to the App Store page for the Shopify app.
The App Store page for the Shopify app should include information about the app, including its features and ratings from other users. It will also list what type of device the app is compatible with and whether or not there are in-app purchases.
Once you are satisfied with the information provided and you’re ready to download the app, click the “Get” button located at the top right corner of the page. You may be asked to enter your Apple ID password before you can proceed with downloading the app.
Once you have entered your password, click the “Get” button again and the app will begin downloading onto your device.
You should now have a fully functioning Shopify store mobile app on your device that you can use to access and manage your store.

Once you’ve searched for Shopify and selected the appropriate app, it’s time to download it. To do so, click the “Get” button in the App Store. Doing so will bring up a popup window prompting you to enter your Apple ID password.
After entering your password, the Shopify app will begin downloading onto your device. Once the download is complete, you will be able to access your store from anywhere! The first page of the mobile app contains two options: ‘Sign In’ or ‘Sign Up’. If this is your first time setting up the mobile app, select ‘Sign Up’.
You’ll then be asked to provide information such as your shop name, email address and other credentials related to your business. Once that’s done, simply confirm that you’ve read the terms of service and privacy policy before moving on.
Enter your Apple ID password
When downloading the Shopify app, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID password. Your Apple ID is an account created by you which gives you access to all of Apple’s services, including the App Store.
If you do not have an Apple ID, you can easily create one using your existing email address or you can create a new one. Once you have entered your Apple ID password and hit “enter”, the app will begin to download onto your device.
It is important to make sure that your Apple ID is secure so that no one else can gain access to your account. To do this, make sure you use a strong password and don’t share it with anyone else.
Additionally, you can enable two-factor authentication, which requires a code from your phone to be entered when logging in. This helps to ensure that only you can access your account and keep your data safe.
Once you have entered your Apple ID password, the Shopify app will now begin downloading onto your device. After the download is complete, you can begin using the app right away and start selling your products on Shopify!

Once you’ve successfully clicked “Get” on the Shopify App Store, the app will start to download onto your device. Depending on your connection speed, this may take a few moments or a few minutes. While the app is downloading, you’ll see an icon on your home screen with the word “Installing” next to it. Once the installation is complete, the icon will change and you’ll be able to use your Shopify mobile app.
