When do I pay for my order?

You pay only after we’ve confirmed each site with its publisher, so sending a request is free.

1. You send a request for any number of sites. No payment is taken.
2. We confirm each site with its publisher.
3. You see the accepted sites with their full domains and keep or drop each one, within 72 hours. Dropping a site is free.
4. We email you one invoice for the sites you keep.
5. You pay it by card (Stripe) or PayPal, and your order is confirmed.

Work starts as soon as the invoice is paid, and each site’s turnaround counts from that point (or from when the publisher gets your article, if it comes later).

Changed your mind? You can cancel a request at any time before payment by replying to our email or contacting us. Since nothing has been paid yet, there’s nothing to refund.
