Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

We want you to get every link you pay for. This policy explains what happens when something goes wrong, and how refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service. It doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law.

Our checks before you pay

Every site is checked by hand before it’s listed, and its DR, DA and traffic are measured automatically. Before you pay, you see the full domain of each site that accepted your request and decide whether to keep or drop it, at no cost. Please check each site at that point: once you’ve paid, a site that was shown to you as it is isn’t a reason for a refund.

Before you pay

Requests are free, so there is nothing to refund before you pay your invoice. You can cancel a request at any time before payment by messaging us in My Orders or through our contact form.

After you pay

Paying the invoice confirms your order. If you change your mind before we’ve sent your order to the publisher, which usually happens on the day you pay, we cancel it and refund you in full. Once a publisher has your order or your article, we can’t refund a change of mind.

A site can’t publish your paid order

Occasionally a publisher can’t publish an order after it’s paid, for example if their site changes or the topic no longer fits. When that happens we offer you a replacement on a similar site: same niche, similar DR and traffic, and the same price or less. If you’d rather not take it, or we can’t find one within 14 days, you get a refund of what you paid for that site.

Late orders

Each site has a publish-by date: the day we tell the publisher to go ahead, plus the site’s stated turnaround. If the link isn’t live 3 days after that date, you choose in My Orders: keep waiting, swap it for a similar site at no extra cost, or ask for a refund of that site. Refunds are approved by our team. If the link goes live and passes our check before your refund is approved, the request closes and the link stays yours.

Article writing

If you ordered “Write it for me” and the article is not delivered, the writing fee is refunded. Once an article is written and published, the writing fee is not refundable. If you’re not happy with a draft, tell us before it’s published and we’ll revise it.

Problems with a live link

When your link goes live, we email you and show it in My Orders. Please check it and tell us within 14 days if anything isn’t as ordered, for example a different anchor text or target page, or a no-follow link when the site promised do-follow. We’ll ask the publisher to fix it. If it can’t be fixed, the rules for a site that can’t publish (above) apply. After 14 days, the link counts as delivered as ordered. The removed-link guarantee below still applies.

Removed links

Links are meant to stay live permanently, with no renewal fees. We check every live link once a month. If a link is removed or changed (for example made no-follow when do-follow was promised), we ask the publisher to restore it within 7 days. If it isn’t restored:

  • Within 12 months of publication: we offer a replacement link on a similar site. If we can’t find one within 14 days, you get a refund of what you paid for that link.
  • After 12 months: we still ask the publisher to restore it and offer you a replacement link on a similar site, but we don’t refund.

What isn’t refunded

  • Links that were published as ordered and are still live.
  • A change of mind once a publisher has your order or article.
  • Problems with a live link reported more than 14 days after we told you it was live.
  • Changes in a site’s metrics (DR, DA, traffic) after publication. Metrics are third-party estimates and change over time.
  • Search rankings, traffic or sales. We don’t guarantee results from any link.
  • Google indexing. We don’t control what Google indexes. If a post isn’t indexed, we can ask the publisher to resubmit it, but it isn’t a reason for a refund.
  • A post the publisher labels as sponsored, advertising or partner content, as their own rules or the law require.
  • Problems on your side: your target page is removed, redirected or changed, or you ask for changes to the anchor, target or article after publication.
  • Orders where the content or target you supplied breaks our content rules, or a publisher’s content rules shown on its listing. You can send a new article or choose another site instead.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer or PayPal. We can usually sort things out faster directly.

Every link we deliver is checked and recorded: the live URL, the date and time of each check, and the result. These records, with our emails and order messages, are our proof of delivery. If you open a dispute or chargeback for links we delivered as ordered, we send these records to your bank or PayPal. We may also ask the publishers to remove the links in question and close your account. Links on a disputed or charged-back order are no longer covered by this policy.

Protecting the marketplace

To keep things fair for buyers and publishers, we may limit the size of a first order, ask for payment before we contact publishers, and decline requests from accounts with unpaid invoices, disputed payments or a history of abuse. We may cancel any request or order that looks fraudulent and refund anything paid on it.

How to ask for a refund

For a late or declined site, click Refund this site in My Orders. For anything else, message us in the order’s chat in My Orders, or use the contact form (topic: An order or a payout) with your order number (for example GP1004) and which site it’s about. We reply within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are sent back the way you paid, through Stripe (to your card) or PayPal, for the full US dollar amount you paid for that site, with no fees deducted, within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. For orders with a bulk discount, the refund is the discounted amount you paid for that site.
