Each site has a publish-by date: the day the publisher gets our go-ahead (or your article, if it comes later), plus the site’s turnaround. If the link isn’t live 3 days after that date, you choose in My Orders: keep waiting, swap it for a similar site at no extra cost, or get a refund for that site.
Turnaround starts once your invoice is paid, and each site shows its own: within 24 hours, 2–3 days or 4–7 days. You get each live link by email and in My Orders.
If a publisher can’t publish after you’ve paid, for example because their site changed or the topic no longer fits, we offer you a replacement on a similar site (same niche, similar DR and traffic, same price or less). If you’d rather not take it, or we can’t find one within 14 days, you get a refund of what you paid for that site.
We email you about it, and it appears in My Orders. Refunds are approved by our team; if the link goes live and passes our check first, the request closes and the link is yours. Questions?
