How do refunds work?

If a link you’ve paid for can’t be delivered as ordered, we offer a replacement on a similar site first, and refund that site if you’d rather not take it or we can’t find one.

You can get a replacement or refund when:

  • a publisher can’t publish your paid order
  • a link isn’t live 3 days after its publish-by date
  • a live link is removed or changed and isn’t restored within 7 days (refunds within 12 months of publication)
  • you ordered article writing and the article isn’t delivered (the writing fee is refunded)

Links that were published as ordered and are still live aren’t refunded, and neither are later changes in metrics, rankings, traffic or Google indexing. Please check each link when we tell you it’s live, and report anything that isn’t as ordered within 14 days.

To ask for a refund for a late or declined site, click Refund this site in My Orders. For anything else, message us in the order’s chat in My Orders, or contact us (topic: An order or a payout) with your order number, for example GP1004, and the site it’s about. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back the way you paid, through Stripe or PayPal, for the same US dollar amount. It can take a few business days to show.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal, as we can usually sort things out faster directly. If a dispute is opened for links we delivered, we send our delivery records to the bank or PayPal. See our Refund Policy for full details.
