Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses guestposts4u.com: visitors, buyers and publishers. By creating an account, sending a request or listing a site, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

GuestPosts4U (“we”, “us”) runs the marketplace at guestposts4u.com. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. The service

GuestPosts4U is a marketplace for guest posts and link insertions. Publishers list websites they own or manage and set the price they want for each service. Buyers browse the listed sites and send order requests. We coordinate each order: we confirm it with the publisher, invoice the buyer, check the published link and pay the publisher.

Prices shown to buyers include our service fee. All prices are in US dollars.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date, especially your email and, for publishers, your payout details (PayPal email or TRX wallet address).
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• A publisher account is created when someone submits their first site, and its login is the email entered in the form. One person or company should use one account.

4. Buying guest posts

• Requests are free. Sending a request does not commit you to pay. We confirm availability with each publisher. When they’ve all answered, you see the accepted sites’ full domains and keep or drop each one within 72 hours (dropping is free; no answer in time closes the request). Then we email you one invoice for the sites you keep, payable by card through Stripe or with PayPal.
• The order is confirmed when you pay the invoice. Publishing starts after payment. Turnaround times shown on each listing start from that point.
• Articles. You can upload your own articles or ask us to write them for a fee. You confirm that any content you supply is yours to use, is accurate and follows section 7.
• Publisher decisions. Publishers may decline a request or ask for changes to fit their site. If a site can’t publish a paid order, our Refund Policy applies.
• Check before you pay. You see each accepted site’s full domain before you pay and can drop any site for free. Please check each link when we tell you it’s live, and report anything that isn’t as ordered within 14 days.
• Refunds and disputes. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback. Our link checks, emails and order messages are our record of delivery, and we share them with your bank or PayPal if a dispute is opened.
• Domains. Full domains are shown once a publisher accepts your request, and for sites we pick for you. Keep them for your own use and don’t publish lists of them.
• No direct deals. Publishers and sites you find through GuestPosts4U, including domains shown to you before payment and sites we pick for you, are introduced by us. For 12 months after you first see a site here, you agree not to buy placements on it from its publisher outside GuestPosts4U, or to ask the publisher to do so. 5. Publishing for buyers

• You confirm that you own each site you list or manage it directly with the right to publish on it.
• Your listing must be accurate, including the link type you offer (do-follow, no-follow or sponsored) and your turnaround.
• You may accept or decline any request. Once you accept, wait for our go-ahead email (sent when the buyer has paid), then publish within your turnaround and send us the live URL.
• Publish the content and link as ordered, without changing the link target or anchor text unless the buyer agrees through us.
• We pay you the price you set for each order by PayPal or in TRX (TRON network), as you choose in your dashboard, within 7 days of the link going live and passing our check. TRX payouts are converted at the US dollar rate on the day we pay. 6. Permanent links

Links published through GuestPosts4U stay live permanently. Publishers agree not to remove, change or no-follow a published link, and not to delete or hide the post, unless the buyer agrees through us.

We check live links every month. If a link goes missing, we ask the publisher to restore it within 7 days. If it isn’t restored, we offer the buyer a replacement link on a similar site. Within 12 months of publication, the buyer gets a refund for that link if we can’t find a replacement within 14 days, as set out in the Refund Policy. We may withhold future payouts from a publisher who removes paid links, and remove their listings.

If a site closes for reasons outside the publisher’s control, contact us and we’ll agree a fair solution with the buyer.

7. Content rules

Content and links must be lawful in the publisher’s country and in the countries they target. We don’t accept content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence;
• is sexual content involving anyone under 18, or adult content on a site that hasn’t agreed to it;
• links to malware, phishing, counterfeit goods or scams;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy, or copies content from elsewhere;
• makes false medical, financial or legal claims.

Grey niches such as casino, crypto, CBD, dating and adult (18+) are only placed on sites that accept that niche, and only where they are legal. Adult content must not be sexually explicit or involve anyone under 18.

8. Working through GuestPosts4U

Our service depends on orders going through the marketplace. For 12 months after a buyer and a publisher are introduced through GuestPosts4U, neither side may arrange guest posts or links for that site directly with the other, or through someone else, to avoid our fees. If this happens, we may close the accounts involved, and the party who did it agrees to pay us the service fee we would have earned.

9. Metrics and results

Metrics such as DR, DA, traffic, referring domains and spam score are estimates from third-party data (Ahrefs and Moz), checked automatically. They can change over time, and we don’t guarantee their accuracy. We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales from any link.

10. Liability

We provide the marketplace with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rankings.

Publishers are responsible for their sites, and buyers for the content and links they supply. Each agrees to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of content or conduct they were responsible for.

11. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using GuestPosts4U at any time, and publishers can remove their sites from their dashboard. Paid orders in progress are completed or refunded under the Refund Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or uses the service for fraud. We may also limit the size of a first order, ask for payment before we contact publishers, or decline requests from accounts with unpaid invoices or disputed payments.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and changes apply to orders made after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
